ML Utilities integrates with "Utility API" to connect your bills and information from your service providers, right to your dashboards for reporting.

If your provider is not listed, please fill out this form: - https://marketing.utilityapi.com/utilityrequest
Set Permission to Control Integration
- Go to Admin > Roles
- Locate the applicable role
- Click the pencil icon (
)
- Check off "Manage" under UtilityAPI
- Click Save.
Configuring the integration
- Select Admin > Integrations > UtilityAPI
- Select the "Add New UtilityAPI Connection" button (
)
- Enter your Email
- Pick your provider
5. Enter your provider Credentials
6. Click the "Authorize Access" button ()
7. A modal will display when the authorization is taking place
8. A receipt will display once it is connected.
9. Once that connection is completed, you will see the status pending (this will take a few minutes on the back end)
10. Once the connection has been established, you will see a gear icon where you can establish and map your meters.
11. Your services will be displayed through your provider. From there you can map you respective meters to those service.
12. Reach out to Support@masterlibrary.com to start your sync. Once that is done, your bills will now automatically be imported and viewable under your bills page. In addition, this sync will happen once a month on the first of the month.
Note: If there are services or units of measurement that do not exist, we will add them automatically. You will also want to double-check your line-item types to ensure they are mapped to the proper billing category. This is important for your dashboards.
