Users with the Add, Remove, or Update Services permissions can manage services and utility types. Services must be associated with a specific unit of measure. When bills are added to the system, line items can be added to track specific utility costs, such as kWh.
To add a new service:

Select Admin > Services. The Services page appears.

Select Actions > Add Service. The Add Service page appears.

Do the following:
a. Enter the service's Name.
b. Enter the Unit of Measure.Note: Contact Follett if the desired unit of measurement is not listed.
c. Add any desired notes.
- Click Save.
To manage an existing service:
- Select Admin > Services. The Services page appears.

Next to the service you want, do any of the following:
To... Then... Edit a service a. Click

b. Make the desired changes.
c. Click Save.
Delete a service
Note: You can only delete a service with no existing bills.
a. Click
. A pop-up appears.
b. Click Yes.
